I've an issue with mine and want to compare.

If you are running BIOS V1.10 can you use D64 reader V0.6 ?  And can you see the D64 files it creates on the SD/MMC card ?

Because I can't .. if I revert to BIOS V1.03 everything is back how I expect.

Thanks!

Yes, I have an MMC64, but can only seem to "properly" create D64 images using my C64.  The C128 seems to have problems... it's touch and go.  Sometimes I can RESET into 64 mode and everything works; sometimes I cannot.

I've written many floppies to .D64 images, as well as turn D64 images back into actual floppies.  I originally bought it to backup all of my C64 disks, just in-case these 20+ year old floppies start to degrade and I lose what's on them.

Again, it works great on my C64, but not reliably on my 128.

Just for comparison sake, I'm using v1.10 of the firmware and my MM card is formated in FAT16.

Hmmm ... well I was just trying it on a C64 (as the C128 is in little bits over the desk :-)  I'll reassemble a C128 and try that, mayb I get the opposite ? :-)

Thanks!

i've the same problem using MMC with bios 1.10on a Commodore 64 SX

I am able to copy 5.25'' floppies to .D64 format via the MMC64, BUT, I have to reset my SX-64 after every image I make.

Otherwise, I end up with a blank .D64 file.
