Dave Morse, the founder of Hai-Toro, the company that developed the Amiga, has passed away.

Carl Sassenrath has a blog entry here with a link to Dave's obituary: http://www.rebol.com/article/0345.html

On a happier note, if you go back to the blog index and scroll down a bit, you will find an entry on Dale Luck's wedding last June, which includes a picture of all of the Amiga people who showed up for that event.

I saw that Lance added that sad news to the "Announcement" box the other day. Sad news indeed. Dave was a very nice guy and far too young to have passed. It has been about 23 year since that first Amiga developer conference and my memories of the particulars are fading but I have a clear memory of the great people, Dave included.
Call me Golan; my parents did.
