Hi there,

Anyone know where I can get hold of some 6551A or 65C52's ?

I want to make a Swiftlink-232 clone ... I can steal some from an old A500 but would rather get nice "new" ones.  I only need a few and the online bulk distributors want to sell 100's at a time :-(

Which schematic diagram are you going to use?

Datapump in :

Just as soon as I find a place that can make the PCB nice and cheap, doing the layout in EagleCAD will be easy enough.

Then I want to make a SID Symphony clone as well :-)

Hmmm .. that looks just as good ... like the look of it better as well :-)  Maybe I should look at that as well :-)

Is the Pitchlink compatible with software written for the Switflink as well ?

thanks

Not sure, but if it's a Swiftlink clone one would guess it would be.
