Title: Anyone built a XU1541 USB to CBM IEC adapter yet ?

I have a few of the units built by Till.  They work well for transferring disk images, but individual file transfers are still a bit slow.  Spiro and WoMo are actively working on the software support in OpenCBM and it's getting better all the time.  Spiro is currently working on an update to the BIOS that will allow the device's BIOS to be updated over USB instead of via the AVR's serial port.  This will be a big help for people like myself who have installed one of these babies inside a 1541.
