Title: Keyboard overlay
Post by: RobertB on December 20, 2007, 05:38 PM
For those who use PC keyboards when running VICE, Power64, other C= emulator, or a hacked C64 DTV, here is an item for reidentifying the specific Commodore keys on that PC keyboard.  I've seen it on a member's PC keyboard, and the overlay looks excellent.  Here is what our FCUG member had to say --

"Remember those keyboard overlays with the PETSCII characters (C64).

Here's the link, I found it:

Yeah, same guy sells through eBay and I grabbed four sets of the Commodore vinyl stickers back in October.

His eBay store (http://stores.ebay.com/The-Best-Stickers-for-Keyboard_W0QQcolZ4QQdirZ1QQfsubZQ2d999QQftidZ2QQtZkm)

Might be worth picking up a set and using them on the spare PC keyboard I've got in the closet. Then I could just swap when I use VICE. I can never remember the key mapping.

I bought those stickers a couple of years ago and applied them to a Das Keyboard II (http://www.daskeyboard.com/). Looks quite smart.
