Commodore 128 Alive!

This adds a preview of the first message in a topic by hovering over the topic.

This doesn't seem to work.  Which part do you hover?  The "Subject" and left-icons don't show a message.  The "Started By" shows "View the profile of name" and the right-most icon shows "Last Post"

No preview here, either.

I had to back it out, was causing problems for some people (IE users).

Edit: Turns out this was my 800th post. Now I kinda wish it was something useful...

Well, since the topic description mod works, how about a little hack so that if one doesn't set a topic description, the description will default to the first X characters of the initial post?
