All,

Please update your links to www.commodore128.org as I've now started moving things over to there. Once the forums are migrated you won't be able to access this site via the current URL (I'll leave a redirect in place though).

The new site is not completely ready but is (mostly) functional.

Suggestion, include some pics and screenshots... maybe not so much on the main page, but the main page, since it does introduce the 128, might be good to have a pic or two.  And a link to VICE, and... hehehe... great work man...

Wow.  What an awesome design you did lance.  Two thumbs up (since I'm no ET, I can only have 2 thumbs up so lol).  I really like the design, the organization of the content very nicely done.

I agree with xlar54, I think some "small or medium" pictures of the 128, 128D and 128 DCR would be good as an introduction :-).  the rest is, as good as it gets :-).  Brilliant.

Work proceeds - added a adverts page (if you've got some print ads, send 'em in, I'll add them to the site with appropriate credits).

Changed the main page slightly (in other words, you got your pictures :) )

Added more of the file areas.

Linked in the codebase & started adding in snippets.

Looking good - I'm guessing that you've hard coded it to 800x600 though ? Any chance of making it re-sizable to fit whatever screen resolution the user is on ?

Actually, no :) The template is a "force fit"  to display the buttons & side bars & also the shadow effect around the edges.

cheers,

Absolutely. I need submissions for the FAQ (it's rather rough & unfinished at the moment), more source code examples, C128 magazine advert scans & back rubs (but only if you're a nubile 21 blonde of the opposite species).

cheers,

Lance
