Not something I really have much of an interest in, but I know some of you are ardent BBSers:
BobsTerm Pro 128: [ebay]190216355776[/ebay]
CMD SwiftLilnk RS232: [ebay]260231997929[/ebay]
If any of you were planning on bidding on these, PLEASE don't get mad at me - I'm just trying to be of service. If I'm going to get nasty messages every time I point out a cool auction, I just won't do it at all anymore. I mean, why does Lance have this area, anyway?
BobsTermPro 128 used a dongle for protection. I don't see it mentioned in the auction. Perhaps that is why the seller is unable to test it.

With the BobsTermPro 128 v2 I have, it didn't come with a dongle and it runs fine.

Wow... At $33.01, this was the cheapest SwiftLink I ever saw on eBay. :)
Still, I'd rather get one of Doppleganger's clones, designed by Jim Brain. I got one of his EZ-232 interfaces (user port interface, not the faster expansion port interface like the SwiftLink), and it's ultra-compact and works great! :)
Here's a copy of Doppleganger's post from Lemon64:

If anyone is interested, you can email me at dopple@doppleganger.org
Kits are $20 USD each
Assembled is $30 USD each
Shipping for the USA is $5 for 1 or 2 of them.

I've got a spare that I got from Dopple which is unused if anyone wants it.
