Title: Where does this topic belong?
Post by: gsteemso on September 05, 2008, 01:14 PM
In the discussion of "Ethernet over IEC" over in Herdware, the side topic arose of identifying common expansion options between different CBM 8-bit machines. I wanted to start a new topic somewhere to thrash that one out a bit more completely, but there doesn't seem to be any exactly suitable forum on this site. It would fit best in the "Other machines" section, but there's no general-purpose forum there. Can anyone advise me?

That's a tough one because this forum is specifically focused on the 128 and most participants are here to discuss the 128. There are sites like 128 Alive! that are oriented towards other Commodore computers. Oddly though, there is no (popular) site that covers all Commodore computers. I suppose the PETSCII forums (http://jledger.proboards19.com/index.cgi) is the best place to discuss the networking of Commodore computers.
