Have a safe trip, Lance. :)
And hopefully, there won't be any 'stuff' to fix. ;)
I'll blog the entire trip - with lots of photos too.
The blog is here (http://landover.no-ip.com/sydneyferries/forum/index.php?blog=21.0) (it's a blog mod for SMF that I've added to the Ferries of Sydney forum). If you feel the urge to comment, you'll need to register on that forum.
I now get the chance to bore you all brainless for two months :) And post photos that mean nothing to anyone else :)

22 hours of flying, I'm stuffed! Update in the blog.

Yeech. The longest, non-stop flight I've ever had was 16 hours. The longest journey was 24 hours, from Manila to Honolulu (3-hour layover there) to San Francisco.
Those were the bad, old days,

The worst flight I ever endured was Chicago to Saudia Arabia. It was bad enough that it seemed to take forever. What was worse was where I ended up...in Saudia Arabia. :)

I was working in the transportation industry at the time and was involved in a project with the Saudia National Railway. Somewhere in my junk is a picture of me standing on top of one of their EMD GP40-2 locomotives hooking up some wiring. In the picture with me was the shop foreman, complete with head scarf and facial hair. :)

Sounds all very Lawrence of Arabia-like. ;)

Nah, the blog and those photos give me more incentive to visit Mexico City. Now if you can find me a Commodore/Amiga club to visit while over there... :)
