The OP is from Germany - it may have been something locally produced perhaps ?

Replacement ROM for the SX ?

yes this and the SX-64 AUDIE P.KORVING PROLOGIC SYSTEM are ROM's for the SX64 !!

Are you looking for the ROM's themselves or just the manual (or both)? It seems that Fotios (Mangelore) has these ROM's. He wrote about it in this (http://landover.no-ip.com/forums/index.php?topic=1587.msg7858#msg7858) thread. In this very forum :)
