CMD's FD-2000 and FD-4000 support an optional RTC, and Jim Brain's uIEC also supports RTC.

CMD FD-4000 / optional / "T-RA"

CMD SmartMouse / inside / ?
CMD SmartTrack / inside / ?
1541Ultimate-II / 2.0 / ?

All SD2IEC and uIEC card drives do not have a RTC (though they may support such a thing in other devices).

Hi!
I'm not creator of list, but I'm adding it from more forums to one list.
I want to know all devices which supports RTC.
So, I must exclude SD2IEC and uIEC...
