I would really like to get my hands on a Ramlink-HD parallel cable. I don't know much about these cables outside of having read the pinouts in the CMD HD and Ramlink users guide. Oh - that and I know they are as rare as most CMD hardware nowadays. Does anyone know of another computer/device which used such a cable? Is there an alternative cable which was used back in the 90's that might be easier to get?
Thanks.
Tom

Such a 14-pin round-connector cable was used to connect Atari ST computers to external drives. You can find such a cable at

Look near the bottom of the page for the Atari ST SF314 / SF354 Disk Drive fully molded cable (14 pin Male to 14 pin Male).
Other Atari dealers may have the cable, too,

Wow. Thank you, Robert. I wasn't expecting that reply. I was expecting someone to tell me that it was a CMD proprietary cable. That is wonderful news. I will be ordering one tonight. Maybe two.
Any chance you have a link to a website selling FD-2000's or 1750XL's? ;)
Thanks again, Robert.

Well, for some strange reason, we had an extra one or two Super 1750 Clone 512k ram expanders (the small, compact version... not the large version) after the July 24-25 CommVEx v6. Those probably could be expanded to the two meg of a 1750XL.
