Hi all,
I'm still trying to fix my faulty 128d which has a black screen on startup. I've managed to get hold of an entirely new motherboard and replaced the old board but the thing still boots up to a black screen. I'm now thinking that it's the power supply so I'm trying to find a replacement.
Does anybody know where I might find one for sale?
Cheers
Mark
In converting his plastic C128D to use North American power, Duncan M. of the TOGA club used a Hewlett-Packard power supply which provided the necessary 5, 9, and 12 volts. However, I don't know from which HP he got the power supply. I can ask him when I see him later in December at the TOGA meeting.

I was wrong. At the December TOGA meeting, Duncan told me that he got the 5 and 12 volts from an Astec power supply which came out of a Cisco router, and the 9 volts came out of a p.s. fro a US Robotics modem.
