The installer for 0.6.0 did not work under Windows Vista because of a security problem with the MSI file. This has been fixed and a new version has been posted as 0.6.1. You can download the new installer at:

Hello Payton; not sure if it's my machine or a bug but when you try to write a d64 file to a disk the application freezes. I'm running XP Pro.

You should perform a test in a command prompt using d64copy to try to write the D64 to your 1541. If that works, then send me the D64 file through a PM here and I'll try it on my test machines here.
