"BLISTERINGLY FAST ZYLOG Z80A EXPANDABLE TO 512K"

So that explains my blistered hands! And here I thought it was an allergic reaction to a certain brand of soap. :D

The seller assumes that the Z80 is the primary chip in the system (disregarding the fact it's needed for startup) & it's primary operating mode....

Blisteringly fast though????

Ah, I see the problem. We need a Zylog chip, not Zilog.

By the way, should I not be seeing cyan text as the default for 80 columns in VICE?

Was a quick grab that was saved as a b&w image is all.

Google tells me that Zylog specialise in off-shore outsourcing - so maybe this is the (l@@k!) ultra-rare, only 15 million produced, Spectrum era Indian-made C128

cheers,

Lance

Well, it looks like a blisteringly fast C128 is only worth $44. :)

Hold your finger to the 8502 while running Deus Ex Machina and you may just get a blister.
