Here's another interesting article from the Transactor which includes code for multitasking on the 128.

Is this similar to a program the 64 had that broke the available ram into four "virtual" machines & allowed you to run a seperate program in each space ? It wasn't exactly multitasking, but you could switch between each one and it would freeze the other three. Never really saw the use of it!
