Title: Logos

I received a logo submission today (not bad actually) - think I might start using a rotating logo on the main site.

Want to start designing guys ?

Here's the one from Scott -

Nice one!

If we submit logos, is that the preferred size?

418x79 is the optimum size, but close enough is ok.

cheers,

I'll not be contributing, being as I'm artistically challenged!  :-)

I actually like the current design scheme on the main page... it looks like the old C128 manuals, and what I imagine an official C128 website would've looked like if websites existed when C128s were new.

This is an excellent point. The new logo looks cool, no doubt about it, but the current logo feels so Commodore 128. I quite like it.

lol, thanks for the positive comments.  I was actually just playing around with Photoshop, trying my hand at learning a few things, and thought Id try something for Lance.  But hey, Im all for the classic design. Commodore made $ with it, so who am I to argue ;)

BUT - I would LOVE to see a gallery of user submitted logos and such for the site.  Other sites could use them to link to us, and perhaps it might be some fun anyway!
