I have Sideways. The box is marked "FLIPPY DISK Commodore C64 (64k, 40 col) and C128 (128k, 80 col)" in the upper right corner. The 128 version is on the flip-side. The particular disk I have has a sticker on the flip-side, marked "VI6-1.2". The manual's sample menu shows Sideways as version 1.20.
