Is that what a standard c128 power supply looks like in Australia? I've never seen one like that before...

mmmm... I've seen this design before, but not with the black label.

I have two of the black label C128 power supplies. They output 4A on the 5VDC line. The power supplies with the silver label output 4.3A. That's the only difference I can see.
