I think you need a harness for them that connects the cartridge to the various ports on the machine in order to get most use out of it.  IIRC he sells the manual separately and it seems expensive for what I assume is a photocopy.

Works great, but it gets confused if any there are extra spaces in the code, but edit those out first and it works.  I assume that quoted text is fine, but I've not tried it.

Even if you can put sprites in the border, this still isn't the 'unused' part of the screen.  

Or can border sprites be placed in this area?  We need someone with vertical hold to test this :-)
