Am I missing something or does VICE not have C16 emulation?  Whats the differences between the 16 and the +4?

Well apart from the lack of the 3+1 software & only a quarter of the RAM, there really isn't too much difference in the machines.

Isn't it part of the config options of the +/4 emulator?

Not that I'm aware of but you can scale back the RAM in the Plus/4 emulator to 16K which is pretty much the same as the 16. I'm pretty sure that the software is interchangable. Such strange beasts. I never knew anyone that had either of those computers. What I find really amazing is that they too have their own vibrant communities. There's Plus/4 World and Commodore 16.com.

It's sad that there's no PET World. :(

Well this site surprised me, so you never know...
Consider that there's a core group of around 20 or so (with lot's of lurkers & people who only post every now & again).

Actually, a pet / cbm=ii community seems to be more present than expected...gtklinker Lance, I think it's a great idea.

My first commodore PC was the PET 4032.

Linking GTK wherever he goes. :)

They look differnect too.  The Plus/4 is black and slim like the 64C with 4 cursor keys shaped like arrows, but the C16 is gray and boxy like the original C64.
